A Career Built on Solving Problems Others Couldn't

Everett Talvo began his real estate career in 1992 with John L. Scott in Lakewood and Tacoma. From the very beginning, he built his business the hard way, through prospecting, persistence, and a willingness to take on the listings other agents had given up on.

Over the course of more than three decades, Everett has closed hundreds of transactions across a wide range of property types and price points. He has worked through buyer's markets, seller's markets, the foreclosure crisis, short sales, bank-owned properties, and the volatility of the COVID era. Each cycle has added to a depth of experience that simply cannot be replicated.

Today, Everett is licensed with Keller Williams Greater Seattle and serves clients across Greater Seattle and the broader Puget Sound region, including the Eastside and island communities. He works with single-family homes, condos, townhomes, land, and multifamily properties.

What has never changed is his approach: honest, hands-on, and focused entirely on the client's outcome. Everett will tell you what you need to hear, not just what you want to hear. And he will be there, personally, every step of the way.

Core Values

These are not marketing words. They are the principles that have guided every transaction Everett has been a part of for more than 30 years.

Integrity and Honesty

Everett will tell you the truth about your home's value, the market, and what to expect, even when it's not what you want to hear. His clients trust him because he has never given them a reason not to.

Accountability

When Everett takes on a client, he takes on full responsibility for the outcome. He personally manages every detail of the transaction, from the first showing to the final signature.

Client-First Service

Everett's business has been built almost entirely on referrals and repeat clients. That only happens when people feel genuinely cared for, not just served.

Adaptability

Thirty years in real estate means Everett has navigated every type of market. He adapts his strategy to current conditions and advises clients accordingly, even if that means recommending they wait.

A Career of Consistency

Thirty years of navigating every market condition the Pacific Northwest has offered.

Life Outside Real Estate

The same qualities that define Everett as a broker, endurance, focus, and a love of Seattle, show up in everything he does away from the office.

Seattle to Portland, Ten Years Running

Every year for a decade, Everett has lined up at the start of the Seattle to Portland Bicycle Classic, a 200-mile ride that draws thousands of cyclists from across the country. He has completed it ten consecutive times, and along the way he has introduced friends to the sport, trained alongside them, and watched them cross finish lines they never thought possible.

When he is not working, there is a good chance he is on the Burke-Gilman Trail, a former railroad corridor that winds from Seattle's west side all the way to the Eastside, with a loop around Lake Washington that stretches nearly 50 miles. The trailhead is steps from his front door, and he has logged countless miles on it over the years.

Cycling has been a lifelong passion, and it reflects the way Everett approaches everything: steady effort, long-term thinking, and the belief that showing up consistently is what produces results.

Gasworks Park, Since 1996

Everett has lived in the Wallingford neighborhood since 1996, and his office is just around the corner. Gasworks Park, one of Seattle's most beloved open spaces, sits at the end of his block and has been his kite-flying ground for as long as he can remember.

He flies dual-line stunt kites, the kind that respond to the slightest shift in tension and demand real presence to control. On a good afternoon, you might find him on the hill above the old gasification towers, kite cutting arcs against a cloudy Seattle sky, with the lake and the skyline behind him.

It is a small thing, but it says something about who Everett is: someone who has put down deep roots here, who loves this city genuinely, and who finds joy in the simple pleasures that Seattle does better than anywhere else.
